Greg MacRobbie, Lead Pastor
Greg joined the Brookside Team as Lead Pastor in May 2016. Prior to that, Greg was a pastor for 26 years in five churches from 100 Mile House, BC to Montreal, QC.
Born in Ottawa, Greg is a graduate of Carleton University (BSc), Heritage Baptist Seminary (MDiv) and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (DMin).
He and his wife, Julie have three daughters and three grandkids. Greg loves hanging out with family and friends, reading, music and motorcycling—and he cheers for the Blue Jays and the Senators!
Lucas Roberts, Weekend Experience and Next Generation Director
Lucas has been part of the staff team since 2017. He has a college diploma in Social Service Work and a university certificate in Christian Studies.
He cares deeply about helping people grow in their personal faith in Jesus. Before working in ministry, Lucas was a program coordinator at a non-profit youth agency.
With heart for helping people grow as spiritual contributors, Lucas is passionate about helping people take their next step toward becoming more fully engaged as a follower of Jesus.
Lucas, his wife, Taryn and their three young kids live in the friendly town of Almonte, Ontario and love to create memories together as they explore Eastern Ontario!
