Supporting the leadership of the National Council
Fostering effective teamwork with the National Council, Regional Leaders, and other key stakeholders
Providing a national identity and connection to Fellowship initiatives and objectives
Developing and monitoring a strategic plan that achieves Fellowship objectives
Acting as official spokesperson for the Fellowship
Overseeing the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Fellowship’s programs and services
Administering the funds of the organization according to the approved budget
Participating in fundraising activities as appropriate

support needs for new and current missions personnel
Fellowship Churches across Canada in search of pastoral staff
greater urgency in reaching the spiritually lost and/or confused with whom he interacts daily
that he would model a life of prayer
for the health and well-being of his wife and children
for his personal and ministry support needs
safety in his travels as he visits missionaries and investigates possible new mission fields
